It’s officially pride month, so my playlist for this month features Baz from Carry On! And, you know, the sequel is coming out this fall, so this will get you excited. Actually, there are so many books coming out this fall that I’m excited for. Too bad I’m taking 3 classes and will have less time for reading. 😅
I will definitely be posting more pride themed posts throughout the month, so keep a lookout! Probably will do a mini-series, but I haven’t planned it out yet. There are a lot of great books out there and they need to be celebrated during pride!

Change “she” to “he” and Baz could be singing about Simon, which would be adorable.

Since Baz describes Simon as the sun, and since Baz is a vampire, the perfect song for them.

I found this on Rainbow Rowell’s playlist for Carry On and it was so perfect, so I added it here!
This just seems like a song that Baz would probably listen to.
“I Will Wait” by Mumford & Sons
Baz does a lot of waiting for Simon, which means that this song fits perfectly.
Quite honestly, this is probably all Baz wanted for the duration of them being roommates.
“You’re All That I Have” by Snow Patrol
Simon is all that Baz has, all that he wants to live for.
Probably something that Baz thought multiple times while he was roommates with Simon.
Too on the nose for this book? Oh well. I like it for the ending for this playlist. 😂
