Hello friends and happy Tuesday! Going through my blog posts, I realized I’ve written basically only reviews for the last month. My bad! I’m going to try to mix up my posts a bit for the next few weeks. So stay tuned for that! Today’s Top Ten Tuesday theme is books on my Fall 2021 TBR! There are just so many great books coming out this fall that I can’t wait to read. Some I’ve already read, but there are definitely more to come!
Top Ten Tuesday is a meme created by The Broke and the Bookish and is currently run by The Artsy Reader Girl. Check out my last one here!

Books on My Fall 2021 TBR
1. Squad by Maggie Tokuda-Hall
There are a few graphic novels coming out in the next few months that I’m excited for! One of them is this one, a queer graphic novel about werewolves. Becca transfers to an elite school in San Francisco and is worried she’s not going to fit in. When she gets in with the elite group of girls, she’s excited. But they’re hiding a secret. They’re all werewolves.
2. A Psalm of Storms and Silence by Roseanne A. Brown
One of my most anticipated sequels of the year! The follow up to A Song of Wraiths and Ruin, and I absolutely need to know what happens next. Adding this to “definitely pre-order” list because with that cover, it deserves a place on my bookshelf.
3. Aurora’s End by Amy Kaufman and Jay Kristoff
Another anticipated sequel! Especially with hour Aurora Burning ended. We were left in chaos! Absolute chaos! And I need to know what happens to Squad 312.
4. Our Violent Ends by Chloe Gong
Well, there are apparently a lot of sequels on this list. It is the Fall 2021 TBR of sequels! These Violent Delights is a Romeo and Juliet re-telling set in 1920s China. What more could you want? This was really well done, and I can’t wait to see how it wraps up.
5. As Good As Dead by Holly Jackson
Oh another sequel! Well, technically a third and final book. I loved the the first two books in this series, and I need to see how Pip ends her story. If you’re looking for an audiobook series, definitely check this one out!
6. Beasts of Prey by Ayana Gray
Koffi has magic in a city where it’s outlawed. When her power releases a magical beast in the city, she might have been discovered. Ekon is hunting the creature who was released. The two form an alliance to find the creature. This sounds like a unique YA fantasy and I can’t wait to read it!
7. You’ll Be the Death of Me by Karen McManus
What I like about Karen McManus’s books are that they are fast-paced mysteries that you definitely won’t want to put down. They’re twisty, fun, and entertaining, and I’m sure this one will be no different!
8. So Many Beginnings by Bethany C. Morrow
This is a part of a classic remix series that is being published in YA, and I am here for it! This one is Little Women based and I have only heard good things about it so far!
9. All These Bodies by Kendare Blake
This may be cheating because I already read this one, but it was one of my most anticipated releases! A spooky murder mystery that you’ll probably read in one sitting. What’s real and what isn’t?
10. Little Thieves by Margaret Owen
Dark magic, switching bodies, jewel thieves. There’s so much about this book that sounds like it’s right up my alley. Plus, I loved Owen’s Merciful Crow duology. Adventure, magic, fantasy, and I’m sure there’s a lot to love in this book!

What a great variety of books here. I think they sound perfect for fall! I want to share a book I just read that I think you will really enjoy called ” Daughter of the Sky ” by author Alison Blasdell . Too often I read books that somehow feel like the author was not connected to the subject, but this one I can honestly say the author wrote from his heart. You can tell she did her homework and loves history. A romantic fiction starring two strong female leads, 500 years apart but connected through a psychic link. A modern woman struggling with leading a normal life has the ability to see through the eyes of another 500 years in the past. Both living very different but connected lives. A great fiction and a great romance, this one I can definitely recommend. http://www.alisonblasdell.com
